Day 2: The Hemlock

After our first round at Benona, (6:15am tee time and we shot a 6-under 54) we went back to the cottage for a breakfast of blueberry pancakes and sausage cooked up by our House Mother, Dave. Then it was off to Ludington to play The Hemlock!

We've tentatively agreed that next time we play the Spring outing, we may play two rounds at The Hemlock and skip The Thoroughbred. While the Thoroughbred is a fun track, they just don't seem to take care of it as well as they used to, and the staff is no where near as friendly as they are at The Hemlock.

The hole where I burned my mulligan and still made double-bogey. You can't see my ball because it wasn't in play for most of the hole.
